Travelling to Dunkerque
With five European capitals within 300 km, Dunkerque is easily accessible from anywhere in Europe and the rest of the world. We encourage participants from Western Europe to travel to Dunkerque by train. Participants from other countries can combine a flight to Paris, Brussels or Lille with a train to Dunkerque.

Accommodation
Our logistical partner, the Dunkerque tourist centre has pre-booked several rooms in Dunkerque and prepared an online booking form which you can access here.
We encourage you to book your accommodation as soon as possible.
Participants’ Forum
We invite registered participants to join the Participant's Forum - a platform of exchange, where you can create a profile and exchange with other registered participants in preparation of the conference.
The Participants’ Forum will allow you to explore profiles of other participants and discover their local initiatives, contact them and plan appointments or car-sharing. When you register to the conference online, you will be able click on a link to register to the Forum.

The Kursaal Congress Palace
The Kursaal has been specially arranged in a fashion that facilitates exchange during the conference. It’s waterfront location will be utilised to the fullest in offering participants a place to relax and access catering services while appreciating the beach and the view of the North Sea.
