The conference fee covers admission to the event, participation in all sessions, conference materials, study visits, 3 lunches, 2 evening dinners and a 15 EUR carbon emissions offsetting payment.

Full fee                     450 Euro per person

Partner fee             350 Euro per person

The partner fee is applicable to local government representatives which fall into one of the following categories:

• Member of an European Sustainable CIties & Towns Campaign network 

    (Link to ESCT Campaign network)

• Member of a partner network or organisation 

    (Link to partner networks and organisations)

• Signatory city of the Aalborg Commitments which submitted a baseline review.

Reduced fee           200 Euro per person

The reduced fee is applicable to local government representatives and other participants which fall into one of the following categories:

• EU Member State, Candidate Country or Neighbourhood Country of the EU with a GNI (Gross National Income per capita) inferior to 20000$ (list of countries by GNI)
• Speaker, facilitator or table host at the conference
• Representative of a local government contributing to the Agora (one person per organisation).
